During our trip to Snowmass last year, we stayed at the Viewline Resort. Conveniently located on the Snowmass Mall, Viewline offers a blend of modern luxury and alpine elegance. Viewline is dog friendly and has 254 guest rooms, including 20 suites and 2 penthouses each with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen. We stayed in one of the premium guest rooms with a balcony overlooking the slopes. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of storage built in for ski gear.

Dining and Après

Dining at Viewline Resort is designed to reflect Colorado’s bounty and culinary creativity. On-site options emphasize fresh ingredients, regional flavors, and diverse menus that cater to any preference, whether you’re craving a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or an après-ski treat.

We had dinner at Stark’s Alpine Grill, the main dining option at the resort, Stark’s Alpine Grill, delivers a modern twist on American mountain cuisine. The restaurant’s menu is filled with locally inspired dishes like Rocky Mountain trout, hearty pasta, and seasonal vegetables. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it provides an upscale yet relaxed environment.

The Lobby Bar was one of our favorite places to relax and unwind with a drink after the slopes. They also had a great selection of coffee and breakfast items in the morning, the breakfast burrito was the perfect way to fuel up before a day on the slopes.

After an afternoon on the slopes drop your gear off with the ski valet and head to the lobby where you can find the concierge team handing out fresh baked cookies to returning guests.

The outdoor heated pool and hot tub overlook the mountains, allowing guests to swim while surrounded by snowy peaks.
